Awful incompetant staff

Item delivered to wrong address. I did all the leg work to find out where it had gone.

All staff thick and did nothing and just came back with its been delivered. Then i put phone down on me and another promised to ring back.

Im taking this to head office as ive been treated like crap and a liar.

They made me very stressful and uptight as am not well nor my partner.They keep saying the fixed the problem which they have not.when I ring up it won’t let me use quick serve and won’t accept my DOB.

Yet again am trying to layover phone.which you said was sorted.Am told am £18.92 in arrears which am not as my partner Mr M Glover is paying my bill.when I ring to pay it wont accept my DOB which is 13/12/59 .my Acc number is G13447****. This was meant to be sorted out I was to.d it was all done.you dont even have a number I can speak with someone.I cant even get on line to pay my bill for some reason.

Am not well nor is my partner.This is very upsetting and stressful.if its not sorted I will need to take legal action.so please could you try to resort it again. Kind Regards Allyson Williams

As the request was all about a deceased customer I would have thought that at least this should have been addressed in the form of some sort of condolences.

I phoned up customer service to find out what has happened to something I purchased and the lady on the phone had a awful attitude so I told her that I thought she was being rude and I would ring up another time so Im not very happy at all

I will not pay another penny

I will not pay another penny till someone calls me to help me with the mess Kaleidoscope Customer service got me into. You let me run up a bill of £1000.00 without telling me and now you are charging me huge interest.

And what's more I can't get in touch via email any longer because you have removed the email address. What sort of company are you. Even the stupid chat doesn't work as there is no one there to help. My customer number is B13084**** You have my home number so the ball is now in your court.

You don't call, you don't get one penny. All this was taking place while I was distracted burying my husband and moving home so the last thing on my mine was my bill though I did pay what you asked for each month as you sent email which was a good reminder if I remembered to put it on my calendar. I hadn't even realising the huge bill I had run up and the huge interest you were charging me. And now that things have quietened down it gave me a chance to take stock of things.

So now you can phone me to help me sort thew mess out. Actually I spoke to customer service Fri or sat 26/27 but she wasn't prepared to help. She obviously didn't know what to do. I'm just a customer that owes loads of money to the company and she was not interested in helping me at all.

Sti waiting for my order for 3 weeks now was sent incorrect item so reordered and still nothing and told l just have to wait eve though they have taken payment not happy at all have used them alot I

Not good service3 weeks delay of delivery after first wrong item. Sent and payment taken but nothing resolved service is really bad wi think twice e before l use them again have used them for a long time but think now it is over.
